Attorney General's Asset Forfeiture Auction is ongoing and we have begun the process to ready and add more property for sale. At this time (starting on 10/13/25), new listings on the auction site are for "preview" purposes, however we can not lock out bids from being accepted and the winning bidder's bid will be accepted. Once all material related to the sale for other items is posted, the actual end date (when the auction closes for a specific item) will be posted. There will be at least a 10 day window in order to make a bid from the time the status goes from "Preview" to "Live Bidding" . We will be continually updating the site with more more property including vehicles as repairs, pictures, videos and other important information has been gathered to give you the clearest picture we can provide of what you are bidding on. Please take special note of auction opening and closing dates as the dates may be adjusted where the situation warrants it. Check back often as new auctions and additional information specific to each item (more pictures, videos, other facts) may be added as they become available.
